The ticket prices for baseball games at the New York Mets new baseball park Citi Field are high compared to other baseball stadiums, although visitors can expect to pay more for most things in New York City. Fans attending games here get their money’s worth because the park supplies more amenities than other parks, and the setting in Queens offers great views.

The park is in New York and security is tighter than other stadiums. Bags are checked, but even more, fans are frisked entering the stadium. In a nod to New York, all food items have calorie counts listed along with the prices.

Club Level Tickets for Citi Field

Before buying tickets, fans need to be aware of the benefits of each ticket class. Basic tickets get fans a seat, but higher priced tickets offer fans the ability to enter many different club levels where fans can enjoy creature comforts like heat on cold days and air conditioning on warm summer nights.

Prices for the exclusive Delta Club near $200 per seat, but access to some areas is more reasonably priced at under $100. This is still an expensive day at the game for a family, but worth it for a special occasion.

Purchasing a ticket to access the Caesar’s club level is an especially good deal, giving the fan access to that club (which is obviously sponsored by Caesar’s Casino) and dining at the Acela Club. Food is extra in these areas, but comfortable chairs and tables are standard.

Seating at Citi Field

Built in 2009, Citi Field has the benefit of learning from problems from many of the other parks built recently. The seats have excellent sightlines, superior legroom and features such as cup holders.
